It's a response to the unique calling of the 2020s.

Calls for cultural diversity, racial equanimity, decolonizing institutions, more black people in the C-suite and generally healthier, more creative, nurturing work environments.

This all on the backdrop of a post COVID landscape of tightening budgets, knee jerk responses to the murder of George Floyd, remote or hybrid working, A.I. and organizations ill prepared culturally to take on the transformations they seek to achieve.
