Created From an Awo Residency, BLOOMFEST is a gathering of the dopest artists, thinkers, entrepreneurs and change-makers of our time who are working on “Big Impossible Goals.” We are coming together in the midst of great global challenges to celebrate our lives, learn from each other, share our stories and inspire each other for the road ahead.
The SOURCE is a leadership program for black executives.
It's a response to the unique calling of the 2020s.
Calls for cultural diversity, racial equanimity, decolonizing institutions, more black people in the C-suite and generally healthier, more creative, nurturing work environments.
This all on the backdrop of a post COVID landscape of tightening budgets, knee jerk responses to the murder of George Floyd, remote or hybrid working, A.I. and organizations ill prepared culturally to take on the transformations they seek to achieve.
Black people have been expected to be superhuman throughout history and our new era of superhero executives are the latest iteration of this.
The truth is.
Black superhero's need love too.
