ELEV8 - Performing arts based experiential learning program
AWO IMMERSE - Our residential apprenticeship program was created to provide an opportunity for young people from under served communities in Ghana.
Past apprentices lived with AWO founder Kweku Aacht and his family at the AWO HUB in Accra for between 2 weeks and 18 months.
The apprenticeship id an opportunity to:
Understudy Kweku and receive training and mentoring
Gain CPD certification in personal training
Develop the ability to deliver experiential learning workshops
Practice yoga and mindfulness and learn to deliver classes for others
Take space to self-reflect and consider their future including education, career and entrepreneurship pathways
Go on a transformational journey of self-discovery
Meet and work with a diverse range of people from all over the world
Gain an income from delivering services to AWOs clients
Travel throughout Ghana on outreach missions inspiring other young people from under served
Receive sponsorship, support and funding towards education, employment or entrepreneurship
ACTIV8 - Inspired by The Ghana Centre For Democratic Development's (CDD-Ghana's) 'DemoCreatives' program, ACTIV8 is an empowerment program for creatives, activists Civil Society Organisations committed to impacting social change on the African Continent through the arts
Medi-8 - Conflict transformation programs for groups including practitioner training for mediators, social workers and youth workers.
